Founded in 2017 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, PBG is a team of 250+ professionals delivering end-to-end EPCC projects: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning.
Since 2023, we are a part of UET Group - an industrial group with a history dating to 1966 and 16+ companies across the region.
We deliver projects backed by the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Government of Uzbekistan: from the first engineering drawing to the commissioning handover.

Project management
Effective project management provides comprehensive oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure developments. Water infrastructure
Water infrastructure is one of PBG most established areas of expertise. Since 2019, we have successfully implemented projects financed by the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and government institutions, covering the complete EPCC lifecycle. Our capabilities include trunk water pipelines, pumping stations, sewerage systems, hydraulic structures, irrigation networks and modernisation of existing infrastructure. Today, our portfolio includes more than 7 projects, over 100 km of water pipelines and more than 280 km of sewerage networks across Uzbekistan.

PBG delivers critical oil and gas infrastructure that supports the reliability of national and regional energy networks. Our portfolio includes EPC and EPCC delivery of trunk gas pipelines, pipeline rehabilitation, compressor stations and strategic transmission infrastructure. We manage every project stage from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning and operational readiness, while maintaining strict safety, quality and schedule control. The company's portfolio includes large-scale projects such as Gazli–Nukus, Gazli–Shymkent, Muzrabod–Dushanbe and Project 275, one of PBG's largest EPC contracts.
