The project covers the reconstruction of 29 pumping stations across the Andijan and Fergana regions, including civil works, main pump equipment, electrical systems, SCADA automation and commissioning. Most of the existing stations were built in the 1970s and 1980s. Their modernisation will help restore reliable irrigation water supply, reduce the risk of equipment failures and support more efficient operation across agricultural areas.

EXPERT INSIGHT

The scale of this project brings a unique set of engineering challenges. Delivering 29 pumping stations means coordinating multiple sites and technical processes while maintaining the same standards of quality throughout. Our task is to make sure that every element works reliably as part of the wider infrastructure.
