Scope of Work

The project covers the engineering development of a 5-kilometre section of the Chirchiq River, including channel narrowing, riverbank protection and the creation of recreational areas.
Key works include a three-step channel, a 525-metre rubber dam and seven gabion dams designed to manage changing river flows, maintain water levels and protect the surrounding area.
